How will my order be delivered?

Delivery costs are £4.99 or FREE if your order is over £50. You can leave special delivery instructions like “leave with next door”. Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful 2nd attempt, the order will be forwarded to a pickup shop (local to you) where it is held for 7 days. If it is failed to be collected, it will be returned to us at a cost which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.

From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price. All orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sunday or Bank Holidays.

Deliveries are made anytime between 8am and 8pm. If you need your order by a certain time, please contact info@lashandsmile.com or call 0782 7228 974 and we will organise this for you.

Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 days after the expected time of delivery please contact Lash & Smile for information.
